Jon Vines has spent most of his life in Texas and found his home on Cedar Creek Reservoir in early 2017. For the past two years, he served as COO of Eddy, a healthcare software company, but the time came for him to abandon the desk life, enjoy the outdoors, and help other lakefront owners manage their homes.

Jon has been a boat captain, Alaska, Colorado, and Rockport fishing guide, baseball player and coach. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and living the lake life with his wife, Jennifer. Jon is a father of two, stepfather of one, and proud resident of Tool, Texas.

home check

A weekly visit that includes walking the property’s perimeter and securing the exterior of the home and boat dock. Pictures and/or videos are sent to clients via text at the time of the check.
